TRINKETS:
Cowrie shells woven into her mane. They often make a clicking sound as they hit each other when the wind captures her mane or when she moves. Sometimes, if the wind is strong enough, they faintly whistle (Obtained during the Summer of Year 759).

- Kaziya loves to collect things. Back at her mother's den, she has a small pile of feathers, shells, rocks, and a number of other items she has collected on her adventures. It is unlikely she will ever do anything with them, although she hoards them jealously.
- She loves birds and the sea. Swimming is a favorite past time, although she does have a fear of large waves.
- Z is a very happy go-lucky fawn but can hold a grudge like no other. She is also highly unlikely to admit she is ever wrong, even is she is.
- It doesn't bother her that much that her father isn't around. After all, who needs a father when you've got an uncle?
- Natizka: [Genotype: ee/Aa/nPg/Ff/Fwfw/nMt]Natizka is Kaziya's mother and, therefore is extremely important. Natizka is a dark pangare chestnut doe born in Year 750 of the New Age. She and her sister, Nayute, were raised by their mother on the Point. Natizka is the older sister and is extremely protective of her sister and her daughter. She has a rebellious streak but the disappearance of her mate has somewhat dampened this quality. After all, it is sort of hard to be rebellious when you have a little bundle of your own to take care of. Kaziya is very close with her mother.
- Nayute: [Genotype: Ee/aa/nPg/Ff/fwfw/nMt] Nayute is Kaziya's aunt. A beautiful, spotted black doe with a wild mane and a love for wind magic. While her sister never really advanced her magic, Nayute is a skilled wind-bender and singer. She loves to share with Kaziya the lore of Windborne. She was born in the Year 752 and was raised on the Point with her sister. She holds a grudge against their father for not staying with them but, after meeting her mate, Olfir, she has started to let this grudge go. Nayute wears a necklace of braided seagrass and cowrie shells, which Olfir gave to her when they first met.
- Olfir: [Genotype: Ee/AA] Kaziya's father figure and beloved uncle, who often takes her on adventures away from the creche to explore. The strong bay stag was born in the Year 750 to a doe in the main herd. His parents were not mates so, when he turned a year old, he chose to follow his father to the Cape Splinter herd. He grew up in the Cape and, after the alliance between the Point and the Cape were made, he met Nayute. He is a loyal, golden-hearted stag who believes firmly in the strength of family and love. He and Kaziya are extremely close.
- Elken: [Genotype: Ee/aa/nRn/nPg/Pipi] Kaziya's absentee father. He and Natizka also met after the Cape and the Point made their alliance, although shortly after Natizka became pregnant he disappeared. From what Kaziya has been told, he was a strikingly handsome blue roan stag with beautiful, branching tines and a lust for life. Kaziya has no relationship with him and has no idea what happened to him.
- Kyrie: [Genotype: Ee/A+a/PgPg/Fwfw/nMt] The mother of Natizka and Nayute. A wild pangare bay doe, she was born in the Year 740 to the main herd. After her father passed, she and her mother traveled to the Point Splinter herd, where they remained. She met her mate, Torahn, after a harrowing encounter with some crocodiles. She is still alive but, due to her age, doesn't leave the Point. Kaziya has not met her yet.
- Torahn: [Genotype: ee/Aa/ff/fwfw] An elderly, chestnut fawn stag, Torahn is Kaziya's grandfather, although it is unlikely she will ever meet him. He has a wild spirit and an adventurer's soul. Even after meeting his mate, Kyrie, he did not stay to help raise his two daughters, instead feeding the need to travel and heal those in need. He travels the main land during the majority of the year and used to return every fall but, for the last few years, he has been missing. The herbalist is believed to be deceased. Kaziya has not met her grandfather yet.

Year 759 of the New Age:
Summer
- Months 0-1: Kaziya was born early in the summer on Cape Splinter to Natizka. A first-time mother, Natizka relies heavily upon her sister, Nayute, and her sister’s mate, Olfír, for support. She spends her first month under the watchful eye of her mother and aunt in the Cape Splinter creche, playing with the other newborn fawns in the lush meadows. With Elken, Kaziya’s sire, absent, Olfír takes Kaziya on as his own and becomes her father figure.
- Months 2-3: A little bit older and a little bit stronger, Natizka and Nayute begin to take Kaziya on short walks to visit areas outside of the Cape’s Meadows with Olfír protectively watching over them. Kaziya spends her days playing with the other fawns and her nights listening to the legends of Windborne and stories of her family history. During this time they visit the Bay for the first time, where her uncle gives her her first cowrie shell for her mane. For the rest of the summer, they collect the shells and begin to weave them into her mane.
Fall
- Months 4-5: The hot summer weather begins to cool as the rut of 759 begins and, with the stags and does busy with rut, Kaziya meets Keet, self-named protector of the fawns. She becomes fond of the heroic yearling as he tells her his tales of adventure and grandeur with his foreverbro, Rafe. She vows to join them one day. During this time, it is announced that Nayute is pregnant with Olfír’s fawn.
- Month 6: Rumors of the skirmishes between the main herd and the Alliance begin to reach her ears but, since they do not directly affect her they are little more than stories to her. They do seem to bother her mother and aunt, and she often catches them whispering furiously with each other. One night she overhears Natizka and Nayute’s conversation. Believing Kaziya is asleep, they speak of her father, Elken.

Spring - What Makes Us Different: While adventuring around the camp, Kaziya finds a new friend... Under a bush of all places!
Midsummer - Till the End: The captured fawns are rescued! But what about Anabelle!?
Midsummer - Forget-Me-Not: Kaziya manages to evade capture post-rescue and reunites with Anabelle!
Winter - The Final Battle: The war rages in Gumtree Hollow, with Kaziya and Anabelle stuck right in the middle of it...
Winter - Into the Woods: The girls finally awake after their mad dash to freedom in a strange, foreign forest.
Late Winter - Listen and Look: Kaziya is jumped by a pack of rabid, starving thylacine!
